Store, Tag and Print: 10 Great Photo Sharing Services - ReadWriteWeb

Store, Tag and Print: 10 Great Photo Sharing Services - ReadWriteWeb: "In our last round-up, we noted that there was a wide gap between mainstream photo finishing services with a social component like Kodak Gallery or Shutterfly, and more advanced photo sharing services like Flickr or Picasa which focus more on the social aspects of the experience. Today, that gap is still quite apparent, although Flickr, our favorite social photo sharing service, is starting to make some inroads with mainstream users since it replaced Yahoo Photos. Most of the mainstream services tend to emphasize photo printing over sharing, which becomes quite clear when you take a look at the feature sets of the services."

The Holcomb Family

Nancy Andrews Holcomb ’77 and her husband Hamp, had two busy
preschoolers when their son Jay was born in 1985 with Spina Bifida, a
condition affecting 70,000 Americans in which the spinal column

Their story is one of love, loss, and healing since Jay went home to
Jesus in 1999, just before he turned 14.

daveferguson.org:: "We spent the day talking about how they could accomplish this vision. Here are the 7 critical questions that we worked through and that I recommend every church that wants to go beyond 2 sites work through:
What is the dream God has for your church?
What is essential to your brand?
What is your organizational design?
What is your strategy for leader and artist development?
What is your financial strategy?
What is your your plan for alignment?
Are you willing to be unstoppable?"

Lv2Scrp: Television

Lv2Scrp: Television: "Apparently Mojo issued a challenge to Kensington's pastor, Steve Andrews, to cancel church next Wednesday night so members could stay home and watch for Abbey on American Idol. Craig called out to Steve who was sitting in the audience and Steve declared, 'I say we do both!' --------------> So someone will be watching American Idol backstage and if Abbey comes on? The big screens in the auditorium will go straight from Craig to Abbey! How perfect is that?"

cordernotes » Techniques: "and this past weekend we were BLESSED to have Drew Holcomb and his wife Ellie with us. Drew is the nephew of our lead pastor, Steve Andrews, and the talent level of this husband/wife combo is unreal. I don’t remember ever being impressed by husband/wife - usually one obviously carries the weight. But these two are the real deal. I have a video of the closing song from the day that will go up on my website in a few days. Check them out!"

ysmarko: "my high school pastor had a huge impact on my life. His name is steve andrews, and he’s the pastor of a large church in the detroit area now. He took a personal interest in me, and invested a lot of time in me. There’s no question that I’m in youth ministry, all these years later, in great part because of steve. Many of my friends have similar stories."

Willow Creek Association - WILLOW Magazine - A Bigger God - Issue 3, 2003: "If Steve Andrews was unaware as a high school student that the Holy Spirit works in mysterious ways, he certainly learned that truth in seminary. While in high school, Andrewswas challenged to pray for the Pokot of Kenya, Africa, a primitive tribe that had been devastated by draught, famine, and a ruthless government."

vinceantonucci.com: Steve Andrews: Radical Disciples: "I'll tell you what, I don't really know Steve Andrews, but I know quite a bit about him and his church (Kensington Community outside of Detroit) - in fact we partnered with his church in starting a church in Detroit - AND this guy seems to REALLY live it. I am so impressed with what his church is doing. They are starting a ton of churches, and really putting their money where their mouth is. We need more leaders like Steve and more churches like Kensington..."

Congratulations, Steve!
