TYLER, Alan Barclay, of Mechanicsville, was suddenly taken from this earth to be with the Lord on June 12, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Tina; his loving sister, Tracy; his soulmate, Sandy; his Mema, Betty Howerton; uncles and aunts, John and Bonnie, Rob and Darlene, and Lin and Brenda. The family will receive friends 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, where a Celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA Spay and Neuter Fund."
