Google Wave Drips With Ambition. A New Communication Platform For A New Web.
Google Wave Drips With Ambition. A New Communication Platform For A New Web.: "was born out of the idea that email and instant messaging, as successful as they still are, were both created a very long time ago. We now have a much more robust web full of content and brimming with a desire to share stuff. Or as Lars Rasumussen put it, “Wave is what email would look like if it were invented today.”"

The New Traditional Church: Web Strategy TonyMorganLive.com: "The website isn’t something the “web monkey” maintains. It’s a place where the youth pastor, worship leader, children’s director, small group leader, senior pastor and every other person of influence help people to connect and grow. It’s an environment where the entire church engages the community and encourages each other to take their next steps. It’s as much their story as it is our story."

Dare Obasanjo aka Carnage4Life
Dare Obasanjo aka Carnage4Life: "I can imagine Wolfram Alpha eventually growing to satisfy a lot of the sorts of queries I go to Wikipedia today to get answers to and doing so in a more authoritative manner. In that case, it would become my “facts and trivia” search engine. However there are currently too many gaps in its knowledge of commercial products (e.g. search for “ipod” results in a coming soon notice) and people (e.g. the Jim Carrey entry is amazingly brief yet still manages to have a factually inaccuracy) to make it a true replacement for wikipedia. That said, the service shows great promise and it will be interesting watching as it evolves."

Managing Twitter Accounts for Companies
Managing Twitter Accounts for Companies: "I decided to do a brief round up of some best practices when managing the Twitter account for a company. There are companies that entrust their Twitter activities to a team of people, especially when updates need to be timely (a news organization, for example). But because Twitter is a conversation, you have to be careful with the whole concept of “ghostwriting,” and extra careful with the company’s image. Once you tarnish that, it’s a struggle to rid them of the stain."

Confessions of a Pastor: A Little Less Conversation and a Little More Action Please: "The greatest loss of perspective is that we have learned to view those who are lost around us with indifference and detachment.
